1) Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are direct factory and our production line covers all standards and Brass, Copper & Aluminum products or as per your requirement.
 

2) How long can I get some products samples for checking and how much is it?
A:  If make new samples as per your specification, it takes around 7 working days. The price of made to print samples will depends on the requirement of material, surface treatment, dimension, etc. Samples cost will be refunded when order quantity reaches to a certain amount.

3) How is the warranty of the products quality control?
A: We hold the tight end quality controlling from very beginning to the end and aim at 99.99% error free.

4) What's the delivery time?
A: We usually ship by DHL, FedEx and TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea are shipping both available.For products in stock, we can ship it within 7 days after receiving your payment. For custom order, within 24 tons, production time is 20-35 days after confirmed every details.
